I am excited to announce our work with OTAK on the 2025-2026 Upper Kellogg Creek Capital Improvements for Clackamas County just won an Honor Award, for Best Small Project at the Engineering Excellence Awards. The 2.4 million dollar stream restoration project addressed chronic flooding affecting over 100 residential properties and was completed ahead of schedule in one season. The complexity of working on primarily private property to enhance Kellogg Creek was a challenge. Braun Construction converted a dry pond into a wetland, improved the stormwater system, and restored the creeks' riparian zone with native trees and shrubs.
