Jeanie Braun - Majority Owner: Jeanie brings over 25 years of experience managing Braun Construction and building a leading Civil Site work company. Growing up on a Grass seed farm and being married to a Heavy Highway Civil guy for 36 years prepared her to lead Braun Construction. Her talent in managing public works projects, with effective communication, follow-up, and organization, is instrumental in making complex projects run smoothly. Specialized Training; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University, Certified Erosion & Sediment Control Lead (CESCL), USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Training, OHSA 30, Hazwopper 40, First Aid, Interise StreetWise MBA Program Graduate 2013, Certified Competent Person Project Management - AGC.

Jeff Braun - Owner: Jeff brings more than 32 years of experience in Construction site work and project management to Braun Construction. His intricate knowledge of all phases of the construction process and his lifetime love of building give the company a competitive edge. Jeff has a diverse background in all phases of civil construction. He has gained a wealth of experience estimating and project managing multi-million dollar civil site work projects, specializing in large heavy highway and underground utility projects. Jeff completed his Civil Engineering Management degree in 1987 from Oregon State University. Jeff's knowledge in the construction industry and his ability to operate in an adaptive manner gives Braun Construction a competitive advantage and is fundamental to its success.
Andrew Braun, P.E. - Project Engineer: Braun Construction; Wilsonville, Oregon.
Role: Project Manager. Leads field operations for major civil projects, including underground utility installation, environmental
restoration, site development, roadway development, and concrete work.
Andrew started in the field with Braun Construction in 2007, working on environmental restoration projects. After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University in 2016, he worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers. In the five years he spent there as a Project Engineer, he developed expertise in government contracting, hydropower, and environmental restoration across the Columbia and Willamette River systems. Andrew is a key point of contact for Estimating and Project Management with Braun Construction. His estimating, planning, and oversight ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget. The goal is always to present customers with quality work, on time, and within budget. Our key success centers around finding efficient solutions to changes in construction.
Andrew excels at leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, from planning and construction management to quality assurance and commissioning. He is known for his strategic approach, hands-on leadership, and commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. His extensive training in construction sequencing and government procedures, combined with practical field experience, ensures projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. USACE – Deer Creek Fish Release Site
Led a project that included pioneering a new road through a remote section of Forest
Service land near the North Fork of the Toutle River. The scope included installation of a
parking and turnaround area protected by a custom heavy roadway gate. The release site
a concrete foundation. This structure will be used by the Washington Department of Fish
and Wildlife (WDFW) to release fish into the North Fork after trapping and hauling them
around the sediment retention structure immediately downstream.

City of Gladstone – Infiltration & Inflow Project
Led project that included stormwater extensions and over 30 inflow disconnections from
the sanitary sewer system, many on private properties. Collaborated with Leeway
Engineering and city officials to redesign stormwater routing and optimize disconnection
strategies.

Led project that included gravel roadway and parking lot development for USFS (United States Forest Service) day use site near the
Klickitat Wild & Scenic River designated as part of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. Managed subcontractors, including
installation of pit toilets, safety responsibilities, coordinated emergency response planning, and ensured compliance with federal standards.

City of Lake Oswego – 2022 Wastewater Rehabilitation Project
Led project that included 750 LF of sanitary sewer main, 1,020 LF of CIPP lining, spot

Oversaw bypass pumping, asphalt restoration, and traffic control.

USFS - Lamonta Fire Operations Building, Phase 1
Led project that included site development, utility upgrades, and demolition of the
existing parking lot. Also included construction of a new parking lot with enhanced
stormwater infrastructure, including swales, catch basins, wall drains, and grading for
water quality treatment. Coordinated closely with USFS and design teams to
implement field-driven design improvements.

City of Wilsonville – Charbonneau Utility Repair
Led project that included storm sewer line replacement and restoration of water,
sanitary, and storm appurtenances. Also included trench resurfacing, bypass pumping,
and landscape restoration. Integrated a $150,000 change order for additional waterline replacement due to utility conflicts but still
maintained original project schedule.

USACE – Pine Meadows Campground - W9127N20C0022
Led project for pavement repair and resurfacing at Pine Meadows Campground in Lane County, Oregon. Scope included asphalt removal,
excavation, root damage repair, utility trenching, and installation of permanent traffic control features. Collaborated with USACE engineers
to redesign the subbase using cement-amended base due to unsuitable conditions discovered during excavation. Managed work under
strict archaeological monitoring and weather-related delays, ultimately delivering a high-quality project that earned a “Very Good” schedule
rating in CPARS.

tie-ins to the existing fish facility to comply with current environmental criteria and provide a safe working environment for the end user
(USACE). The facility consisted of several complex components: a new concrete fish ladder, pre-sort structure, head box, post-sort
structure, steel structure and mezzanine, installation of complex mechanical systems, tie-in of large-diameter carbon steel water supply
and return piping, fish handling equipment, demolition and modification of the existing fish ladder, associated electrical installations,
asphalt/concrete paving, and landscaping. Major features of work included clearing/grubbing, significant civil site work (excavation, hauling,
dewatering, structural and non-structural backfill, compaction, etc.), cast-in-place concrete, fabricated steel, painting, plumbing, mechanical
(pipe welding and installation, valve installation, motor installation and alignment, etc.), electrical, crowders, flumes, fabricated aluminum
chutes, and other fish sorting equipment. Commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems was also performed with a
multidisciplinary team of engineers upon completion of the project.

Joesph Urness, P.E. - Project Engineer: Role: Leads field operations

Field Engineer with Kiewit: Bridge and Marine, followed by 5 years serving as a Project Engineer with

Design, inspection, and construction management of large-scale sanitary sewer and storm sewer conveyance, water supply, and reservoir projects have given him a thorough understanding of utility coordination, design, and construction of complex projects. Joey is an integral part of field operations at Braun
Construction. Leading the team for the past 3 years has helped Braun Construction become a leader in complex utility and earthwork projects. Joey excels at construction management and quality assurance. His work ensuring smooth supply chain acquisition, design changes, and excellent communication are just some of his attributes. He is known for his commitment to details, easy demeanor, and quality workmanship. Constructed proposed stormwater extensions, including over 3,000 linear feet of 8-Inch to
12-Inch storm main, 1,000 linear feet of storm laterals, and 26 new storm manholes and
catch basins. Disconnected over 30 cross-connections between the sanitary sewer and
storm sewer system, many on private properties. Installation of new storm infrastructure
exceeded 15-feet deep, and included complex traffic control and minimized work zones
within the public right of way. Completed project with no safety or environmental
incidents.

∗ Kopper Railroad Structures; Nationwide. Role: Project Foreman. Before joining Braun, Jesse led mobile crews across the U.S.
repairing timber and concrete railroad bridges. His work included cap, post, and stringer replacements, grout injection for concrete

Uchechi brings 10 years of experience as an Office Manager in the construction industry to Braun Construction. His hard work and commitment to our organization ensure everything runs more smoothly. Uchechi's attention to detail and efficient communication skills have made him a vital part of Braun Construction. He has precision with Certified Payroll and excels in Accounting. Subcontractor Management, equity & COBID outreach experience, workers' compensation management, safety management, and cybersecurity training are just some of the many roles he contributes to at Braun. With the quick pace of construction, his quick response time, excellent customer service skills, and experience multitasking make him perfect for his position.
Steve Owens - Site Safety and Health Officer, Underground Foremen: Steve Owens brings more than 16 years of construction experience and over 10 years of supervisor experience to Braun Construction. His background includes commercial, residential, and public works construction, installation of underground pipeline, manholes, vacuum excavation, and working with heavy machinery. He is certified in First Aid/CPR, OSHA 30, Hazwopper 40, Erosion Control Lead (CESEL), Excavation Safety and Project Management 10.
