Braun Construction was hired by the US Army Corps of Engineers to maintain existing riparian plantings at Chumbley (75 acres) and Cottonwood Island (100 acres) wildlife mitigation sites in Cowlitz County, WA. This consisted of:
- Mowing and weed whacking
- Herbicide application
- Manual removal of poison hemlock, yellow flag iris, and tansy ragwort
- Re-seeding
- Watering 2018 riparian plantings
- Application of mulch
